From Ghana to the Global Stage
Access Sports Group is an African-rooted football organization building a global, multi-club ecosystem designed to develop young athletes the right way — with discipline, opportunity, and long-term impact at the core.
We are headquartered in Accra, Ghana, with subsidiary academies operating across the country, focused exclusively on youth development.
At Access Sports Group, we believe every talented child deserves options. That’s why we provide three clear pathways for our athletes:
A pathway to professional football,
A pathway to higher education through scholarships,
A pathway to meaningful careers within and beyond sports.
We work closely with professional football clubs in Europe,
universities and colleges in the United States, and leading high schools in Ghana to create real opportunities for our players.Most importantly, every athlete in our system is on a 100% scholarship and selected based on both talent and need — because access should never be a privilege; it should be a right.
